Coordination for National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) March and SERUTI Q1 2025

Metro Municipality, January 31, 2025 – Officers of the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) from the Statistics of Metro Municipality (BPS Kota Metro) conducted coordination and sought permission from village administrations across Metro Municipality for the implementation of SUSENAS March and SERUTI (Quarterly Socio-Economic Survey) for the first quarter of 2025. The data collection for SUSENAS will be carried out from February 8 to 27, 2025, simultaneously across the nation. This coordination step is taken to ensure the smooth execution of the survey and to secure support from village governments in the data collection process. 

 

The importance of collaboration between BPS, village governments, and district administrations in supporting the smooth implementation of this socio-economic survey cannot be overstated. Such cooperation ensures that officers can perform their duties optimally and obtain accurate data according to the predetermined schedule. 

 

In addition to coordinating the technical aspects of the survey, this effort also aims to build trust with the community so that they can provide valid and accurate information. Field officers are encouraged to maintain good communication with residents to ensure the interview process runs smoothly. 

 

It is hoped that through the coordination and permissions granted by village and district administrations, the implementation of SUSENAS March and SERUTI Q1 2025 in Metro Municipality will be successful and yield data that is beneficial for future development planning and policies.
